My name is Lucia but I’m also knows as Lucy, Lu, and Mom. I am 24 years in and I have a beautiful family that includes my amazing partner and my beautiful son ❤️ I am located currently but not permanently in Dos Palos, CA. I love going to the gym and eating good food. I have two dogs and an eyeless cat. My favorite animal is a honey badger bc they’re metal af and good moms. I love going to concerts, camping, the beach, and hanging out with friends and family. I have always had an interest in beauty as early as I could remember I just never knew what exactly I wanted to do. I started with piercings and makeup in high school then moved over to tattoos and hair in 2019. I loved doing it but never really felt the spark as some would say. When I was 23 I got my lashes done for the first time and I fell in love. I wanted to know more, practice it, and help people feel the same as I did. Months later, I started school with only doing lashes on my mind until I fell in love with the beautiful world of esthetics. For someone who didn’t even wash their face I was a little overwhelmed at first (and a little embarrassed). After the overwhelming feeling subsided, I found that I truly enjoy all there is to offer in this huge field. So, why “creepy” esthetics? Not only is my intention to stand out but I have always found beauty in the unloved. Bugs, snakes, bats and everything in between. My intention is to create a space that is comfortable to ANY group of individuals. As an “elder emo” 💀 I noticed, even as a young girl, that there wasn’t a lot of spaces that were welcoming to not only alternative people but just anyone who somewhat looked, acted, or talked like me overall. I always felt you had to fit a type of standard to go to certain salons so you don’t feel embarrassed. Creepy girls want to feel pretty and get facials too! 😂 My goal is to create a safe space where anyone can come to relax, get their brows and lashes done, and learn a thing or two about their skin.
